Apella Wealth Brings In $144 Million RIA Young Wealth Management Team

Apella Wealth, a financial advisory and wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and businesses, announced that Young Wealth Management, a registered investment adviser (RIA), has joined the firm. This is Apella’s fourth acquisition this year and expands its presence in Davis, California, adding to its regional financial planning and investment management capabilities. Led by Founder and Principal Kevin M. Young, MBA, EA, CFP, Young Wealth Management provides financial planning and wealth management services to individuals and families.

This is Apella’s twentieth acquisition and ninth since partnering with Wealth Partners Capital Group (WPCG), a financial services holding company that invested in Apella in September 2021.

The acquisition closed on December 13, 2024. Apella has $4.86 billion in assets under management as of the deal’s closing.
